What do I do when I'm not Cooking?
Wishing I was!! . . . Seriously . . . I also raise Red Golden and Lady Amhearst Pheasants.

What do I enjoy most in life?
Being with family and friends, either cooking or being cooked for.
Building anything with my sheer determination and creativity.

Who would I most like to have dinner with?
It's a toss-up between Myron Mixon, Johnny Trigg or Anthony Bourdain.

What will I do when I retire?
Make a serious effort to relax and barbecue more often, I may build a bigger and better smoker. . .

Hometown:
I proudly call Greenbelt, Maryland my hometown (President Roosevelt's model city project during the New Deal Era...it's in the history books!!) —AND—Shout out to all my boys . . . Bob Coleman, Rich Skolnik, Bobby and Dave Mongelli. . .and of course, my bro's, Kurt, John and Guido, and sister Julie.
